Sour Cherry Jalapeno Lime Preserve

We grow and harvest our own sour cherries which is the main ingredient in this unique preserve. 

It starts out sweet as jam, then tingles with a mild heat, and finishes with a hint of lime. Your brain pops as you process the ride of different sensations.
